From Verona to Valpolicella

From Verona, along the banks of the Adige through low-distance secondary roads we will discover one of the most typical areas of the area, rich in history, food and wine and above all in nature, Valpolicella. Thanks to the presence of numerous vineyards, which give rise to famous wines such as Amarone, Ripasso and Valpolicella Doc we could admire the lush nature that surrounds these magnificent hills. You pass through very characteristic villages such as Castelrotto and Corrubbio di Negarine in the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano full of ancient courtyards, until you reach Marano di Valpolicella after tackling a climb of about 5 kilometers which can be cycled for a pleasant stop for tastings of typical products. The return will be on low-distance secondary roads and cycle paths to reach the center of Verona and thus also visit the city of Romeo and Juliet.
